Sir agar MIS technique is the best then why do we have normal technique? Why do normal techniques still exist in medicine ? If the MIS is best then why don't all surgeons go for MIS, does MIS technique require extra talent or it is very hard for surgeons to practice? It is same like if the ceramic implant is the best then why we still have the metal implant in use till date? Pls answer
