Quick look inside the oven and finding the inside oven bulb and the "Cavity TCO" that are two of the simpler repairs on this unit.
The oven cavity light is another G4 bi-pin halogen bulb. It can be accessed by removing the front grill and lifting the cover to get to the bulb socket. I think I had about 7 yrs. of service life on the first bulb, so this is not a frequent repair.
The other repair item that can be accessed through the front grill is the "cavity TCO" or Thermal Cut-Out. It's designed to go open circuit at 150*C (300*F) and is supposed to sense the outgoing air temperature from the oven cavity.
The main problem with this TCO is that the entire oven power passes through it and it ends up heating up from the high current (about 13-15 amps at full load) and that causes it to fail, not the air temperature.

After replacing a few of these parts, I've decided they are not being used properly and have bypassed the one in my oven with a regular bladed fuse. I think the high operating temps at this part also caused the original crimped spade lug connections to oxidize and exacerbate the problem. So I cut the wire back and crimped on new connectors and so far that's been working great. This part is in series with the internal 20A fuse.
In the next video I'll look at this part in more detail to explain why I've bypassed mine for now:

Thanks. Couldn't figure out where the TCO was and was expecting to have to pull the whole unit out and disassemble it. I like your fuse fix method also, I will do the same.

I have an Advantium 120 where the microwave won't work. Lights come on, the turn table rotates, but no heat from the nuker. Speed cook and regular oven modes works fine. What should I do?

There's a troubleshooting section in the regular manual or a detailed one in the service manual: drive.google.com/file/d/1YtwaBDOF-scnm3JdCcR1vs53-Oim8FwA/view?usp=sharing Looks like a couple of relays control the microwave section.

Just wondering if your fuse is still working? I have had my fuse quit twice. I removed it and put it in a ziplock bag and put in the freezer for 15 minutes. It reset the fuse. I would like to replace the fuse like you did, and replace the spades also.

You were lucky that your TCO was able to be re-used. In the ones I replaced, they were destroyed by the heat. My fuse worked for a few years but then it too melted. I think I finally tracked down the problem to the crimped on spade lugs. Not sure if they were not done right at the factory but I decided to remove them. Instead I just stripped the ends of the wires and connected them in a Wago lever nut. That has worked perfect and shows no sign of heat damage in several years use. It may well be it was the factory spade terminals that were bad and I suppose putting on new ones, crimped and soldered would do the job as well. I see that they make high temperature spade terminals: amzn.to/3np7mj0

Had some viewer questions about the size of the fuse I used to replace the Cavity TCO in the video. The main fuse in the unit is 20 amps, so something around that rating should be fine. Those two fuses are in series according to the wiring diagram. I have measured that the oven pulls a bit over 15 amps at full load, so a 20 amp fuse is likely OK, I may have used a 30 amp fuse judging by the color. Been using the oven with that fuse for some years now and it's still working fine.

R Brown Thank you for all the helpful information here! I tried jumping with the 20 amp fuse and even tried replacing the control board, still not a sign of life. Any other suggestion? We have power to the board but nothing on the panel. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply, for some reason KZbin doesn't send out notifications for some comments. I've not run into this issue myself. Anyway, best bet is to download the PDF manual below: drive.google.com/open?id=1YtwaBDOF-scnm3JdCcR1vs53-Oim8FwA and follow through the troubleshooting decision tree. It's pretty thorough with lots of simple tests.
