A decent “tool system”. I am not as good prepared for road side repairs, but the places I visit is not that remote so I guess I can come home safe with a mobile and a visa-card 😂. I have a repair kit for tires and a electrical pump, a multi tool and some torx bit the original toolkit and of course electrical and duct tape. Some times I also have vulcanizing tape. One thing that I think often is overlooked is spare fuses. (I saw that you had a small plastic container so I guess you bring spare fuses also). I think that especially when using electrical pump and other electrical equipment the risk of blowing a fuse is not negligible. If blowing the main fuse the bike is stranded even if nothing else is broken. I have tested it so I know by experience. Luckily home in my garage 😊 And to change a fuse is so easy compared to fix a puncture and the fuses are small and weights nothing. So that’s why everyone should bring them.👍

Yes I do carry spare fuses 🤠👍 I also use a hex easy can for the horn, lights and other accessories it has digital fuses so I guess it rests itself....

You have your gear laid out much like I do. Lol. I carried an extendable magnet like yours. Decided I didn’t need it during a recent trip and the one time I needed it it wasn’t with me. It now lives in my tank bag.

I started much like you. I took everything, 'because you never know'/'get you out of a pinch'. I even took a torque wrench! Then I realised that I only needed the 8/10/13/17 sockets, not the whole set. I left the magnetic pick up at home when I realised my fasteners are stainless steel. D'oh! I left the crescent wrench at home when I realised it was too big to get on any of the fasteners. I left the complete set of Allen/Torx wrenches at home when I realised I only had 4/5/6/8mm bolts on the bike. I realised I had taken tools simply because there was a place for it in the too roll. Saved myself nearly 8kg. Happy days.
