Rite of Aramesir says you cannot activate effects of no- special summoned monsters ON THE FIELD, so I think you can use Sakitama' s effect from the hand

Why not run Gaia Dragon Thunder Charger over the Springans package in the Extra? You can rank up into it using the Suship Rank 5, and then still go into a 4mat Zeus

I just didnt have it
