Adventure in the Athens Depths - YOLO TX

You don’t have to go out into the middle of the ocean to scuba dive through sunken wrecks. Athens Scuba Park outside of Dallas offers visitors the chance to dive through it’s open water lake and scuba through some unique sites. There are 35 wreck sites for scuba divers to explore under the lake, including a 60-foot Hawker 600 jet, Dallas transit DART bus and Clint Eastwood’s film crew’s triple deck party barge. For those wanting to stay above water, the park offers campsites and RV spots as well as kayaks and paddleboards.
