I've watched so many videos on how to play bar chords but every time I play B7 at least one string is muted. I'm gonna smash this damn ukulele.
@razaryxyt11134 жыл бұрын
That’s normal just strum with ur finger tips and it should work
@beatthebop96204 жыл бұрын
Barre chords suck! Dunno if you've mastered it yet, but an easier B7 is your 3'd finger on the 4'th string 4'th fret, 2'nd finger on 3'rd string 3'rd fret, and first finger on 2'nd string 2'nd fret, 1'st string open. Same chord and much easier

I use my first finger to go across and then push down on my first finger with my second finger
@filmthestring60134 жыл бұрын
@@beatthebop9620 it is always hard at the start, my trick is getting cays(idk if its the right term) by playing constanly. Getting those will help. And remember its not about pressure but position. But yeah cays are 60% i would say if you have no technique
@beatthebop96204 жыл бұрын
@@filmthestring6013 I tried toughening up but I can't develope calluses along my fingers no matter how much I play, and I play a lot. I can do a few barres in a song then I'm done, lol

If there are any other folks who are playing this on the baritone ukulele, if you don’t want to play C7m and C7 because it’s tricky just play C. it sounds a tiny bit different but overall it’s not very noticeable and it doesn’t sound bad
