I think this is just a gimmick where Black Hat analyzes and berates other villains from various shows. It's interesting though, because it acts as a promo for Villainous, meaning more must be coming, and I can't remember seeing a running bumper series like this since CN City. I've always loved when companies treated the various shows like they all existed in some casual world outside the TV shows and poked good fun at them all. Kids WB Backlot, anyone?
