Great video. I switched to Evermore after my Moon dog got food poisoning from her raw diet, even though I was diligent about storing and cleaning up. She loves your food! How long do you cook the recipes after they reach a specified temperature?

Hi Maidelie. Great question. It takes on average around 40 minutes to hit temperature and around 30 minutes to cool down. For cooking we follow USDA A procedures and for cooling we follow USDA B procedures.

Thank you for sharing. Hoping i can do that too in my country. Just want ask you put the sealed food in the oven with appropriate temperature? Is this will not affect the food with heating the plastic?

Hi Jeffrey, the plastic that we use is designed specifically for this application and can even withstand higher temperatures than what we apply with no leaching effects. We cook poultry to 165 degrees fahrenheit cook red meats to 159, which is enough to kill pathogens, but maintains the nutritional integrity of the food we use.

Very cool. Does the meat contain bones which is then crushed in the machine? How the Chicken is ensured to be bone free, as it has small bones compared to other meat like lamb and beef?

Hi Praveen, thanks for your question. We buy boneless cuts and when the meat is ground, the grind plate has something called a "bone-catcher" designed to pick up any wayward fragments that may have been missed in the butchering process.

Are all portions grain-free recipes?

Hi Kristine, sorry for the delay, just saw this. Our lamb and turkey formulas are grain-free. Chicken and beef contain small amounts of oat and barley (combined this makes up 4.5% of total formula).
