Being from Columbus might influence my choice :) but I prefer Jeni's. Don't get me wrong, I like Graeter's too, but they are different. Jeni's is more of a "craft ice cream" with unique flavors, whereas Greater's is more traditional, and they also seem to have more "mixings" in their ice creams, which I am not a fan of. Just give me ice cream!

That was a fun video. I spent 32 years living in Columbus, Ohio. It's a very nice place. My favorite ice cream is Graeter's. Did you know they mix their ice cream horizontally instead of vertically like most ice cream makers and they throw whole, big chunks of chocolate in and let the blades in the unit break it up so you never know how big the pieces will be until you start eating it. Jenny's is great though if you like unusual flavors. It's nice to see some different things at the North Market since I left in 2012. I ate there frequently when I worked at the Nationwide HQ two blocks away. If you go back, make sure you do Schmidt's in German Village.

I can't believe you found Wario's! I live down the street from them and it took me a couple months to find out about them, but you are right they are amazing. And from the snow in the background it's obvious you were here during the worst weather month we've ever had so you are definitely troopers! I barely stepped outside the entire month of February. Great job capturing the North Market, there is something there for everyone, next time you visit you should try Hoyo's Kitchen, it's Somalian and talk about some deep flavor profiles, wow. And finally the "secret" to Jeni's, aside from using top quality ingredients, is that there is cream cheese in the base.

Great video - re: North Market, it is more like a hipster mall food court than an actual market. If you want to see a market that sells food you'd normally buy at a market like dairy, meats, fish, fruits and veggies that you'd use to prepare a meal yourself, check out the West Side Market up in Cleveland.

@@AdventuresofMattandNat Didn't make it to Wario's but had a great time in Columbus. Biked up north on the Olentangy Trail, the Scioto River is beautiful in the summer. We stayed in the German Village which was super cool and had some great food. The city was popping at night at local dive bars and in the Short North. Overall 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I have been meaning to head up to North Georgia in the mountains, I've heard its beautiful. As for Atlanta: Ponce City Market (repurposed 1900s factory into indoor/outdoor retail/food, and if you do go - get a ticket to the roof top!), Krog Street Market is another retail/food development (reminds me of North Market, OH), Little Five Points is a awesome area, Piedmont Park or Jackson Street Bridge for a thumbnail shot, Centennial Olympic Park (ferris wheel and great city views. Food: SluttyVeganATL, Mary Mac's Tea Room for Southern cooking, and taqueria del sol! Seriously, y'alls videos are amazing. I'm excited for the next one. 👏🏼

@@AdventuresofMattandNat we stayed and got engaged at this all inclusive ranch - Lone Mountain Ranch. But guests that aren’t staying there can still sign up for activities on the ranch depending on the season. We went during winter so there is skiing, snow shoeing, sleigh rides with dinner. In the summer they have horse back riding, fly fishing, cook outs. Their restaurant onsite is so goooood - horn and cantle. We also did a dog sledding and a day trip to Yellowstone!

Enjoying your videos. I am obsessed with travel. If you come to Ohio again, you must visit the great lakes (Lakeside, Ohio or Cedar Point beach and amusement park area in Sandusky) for the most fun you can have in Ohio in the summer. And Tofts icecream in sandusky will give Jenni’s a run for her money. Also, south bass island (PUT in Bay) is sooo much fun! The islands in Lake Erie are my happy place.

From how you described the two ice creams, I think I would choose Graeter's too. Some of the low calorie ice creams have that grainy texture, and I really don't like that. We've been to Ohio a couple times. We've been to Cleveland back in 2003 or 2004 to see our First NBA game, and the last season Jordan played for the wizards. Second time we went to Cincinnati. Loved the zoo there, and Nick Lashay is from there. Loved me some 98 degrees back in the day. But now adding Columbus! All the food looked mouth watering good! Watching this when you are now at 26,800 subscribers. So crazy your growth from 1,000 in a year!
