As a plus size man it was always hard hearing someone in a "conventionally attractive frame" talk about their weight. I'm sitting over here at my heaviest and on a journey to improve myself inside and out as well and hearing you say those things really just comforts me and i know thats weird to say but like in a "I'm not alone" kind way and seeing this from a frame like yours kinda helps my way of thinking, and like you said give myself grace and these feelings are common in how i perceive myself, thanks for always being open and honest with us the viewers.

You guys look good with your weight either way and I do understand being prediabetic and eating healthier and maintaining a proper diet and weight is very important especially when we tend to get older. I've never commented on your weight because I know what that kind of stuff does to your mental well-being. What matters is that you feel good and you like the body you're in. Zach.. I understand the mental struggles, the body image struggles, and the alcohol, its a lil different for me Im in recovery, I struggled so much I could never get a grip on the combo. Im at 224 right now and its the biggest ive ever been in my life. After i turned 40 the weight just wasnt the same. I went from having the best obliques to this 😮! However, I'm working on getting back in the gym, and being in shape. I just wanted to let you know that no matter what size you are, your personality, and your heart are what matter!! Your hubby knows and sees this, & it's soooo apparent in every look!! People are gonna talk about you until the day you die.. as long as you are content that's all that matters! I've become such a huge fan of you guys, and I'm here to support you 100% in whatever way I can. You have no idea the impact, the comfort, and the joy, your channel has brought me! It gives me hope that someone is out there that'll love me for me, & maybe people are still real and loyal in relationships. Although, that hasn't been my experience. People have told me as well that I was going to wind up lonely & dissapointed if I wanted monogamy. Well, my answer is the same as ever, If I have to be lonely, I'd rather be lonely alone. Bc being with someone that needs to see someone other than me is about as lonely as it gets in my book! I'm so so Happy Alastair is Home!!!! And I'm excited to see what the future holds for you guys! It’s been a minute since i caught up with your videos. Glad to see Alistair back home and Zac, you lost some weight and looking hot. I started losing weight and getting healthy by stopping drinking, smoking and eating junk. Now i am ketovore/ carnivore, increased my T levels, lowered my insulin resistance and exercise regularly and all my cravings finally went away. But, back to the beginning of your video, I have heard bells while i am sleeping too. Never figured out why but they woke me up instantly, wide awake, from a dead sleep.

Hey Zack, yup, drinking with bloat the body, than as you get older it becomes harder to go back. You’re fortunate in that when you put on weight you have more of a “dad’s body, “ and you still look good. However you put your mind to something and wow, you look even better. I like how both of you set a good example showing others that not all gay guys look like skinny models. You represent a large group of masculine guys who just so happen to be gay. Zach I am right there with you on the body image issues...I have been training really hard the past 2 months and stopped drinking alcohol. My weight has gone up but I have gained muscle and lost fat. However, when I get on the scale, all I see is oh you've gotten bigger so that means fatter.... I think what works for me is to take a minute and see how I feel in my body, acknowledge the change that happened and how I progressed... I have been watching you guys for years, it always feels like catching up with friends you haven't spoken to in months. Much love your way guys, ❤
