If you both are ever in Massachusetts would love to meet you both in person There's a lot in my are to see I'm 20 minutes from Newport RI where all the mansions are 1 hour from Boston which has all kinds of historical sites and museums 15 minutes from Providence RI and loads of beaches and every kind of food you could think of

I was struck by one of Alastair’s comments in those texts about “masc guys who don’t identify with the stereotypes in the media which makes it harder for them to accept themselves.” That was absolutely me in my teens and 20s back in the 70s and early 80s. It’s not the only reason it took me a long time to come out, but it’s strongly one of them. Anyway, I really liked this video and the window into when you were first getting to know each other.

Hey Guys! Wow I really hope you get my comment! Thanks to my Amazing friend Nancy I now know how to do this! I am completely new to KZbin, put in some searches and you guys became a regular part of my KZbin feed! Ok, how do I keep this short and succinct! I am a 52 yr old gay man and had a horrific time coming to terms with my sexuality and coming out. I finally was able to do so after much self destruction and a suicide attempt! I just really want to thank you both for what you are doing and giving to our community! You are both so very real, affable, honest, giving and importantly funny! Humor is so important when dealing with very sensitive issues! I have a degree in psychology and a Masters Degree in Sovial Work and you guys accomplish all I could ever dream of via your vlogs. The fact that you are both in your 20's, married, extremely committed to each other, absolutely honest to the community and yet keep the important parts of your relationship private and sacred is pure art! Ok, time for me to shut up now! I just want to say that had I had this type of media and role models such as yourselves, my coming out process would not have been anywhere near as painful! Thank you both for what you give to me now and what you are giving to all those coming up after you! God Bless you both! Just recently subscribed & have watched most if not all of your YT videos. What a fantastic and inspiring relationship the 2 of you have! Although my husband and I have been in a soon to be 30 year relationship and 3 years legally married, it does my heart good to know that newly out gay men can watch both of your coming out stories and the growth of your relationship for inspiration.
