Jake and Nicolle are living off the grid in two different climates. Building two different homesteads is a lot of work and we are pregnant with our 2nd baby. Nicolle will give birth in a few months. Our son just turned 2 years old and we have two nice young German's living at our property Komorebi in the Canadian Wilderness. For now, we are building our off grid home at our tropical location Moe'Uhane. In this episode we expand our garden and milling our own wood for our outdoor farm structure. Grew up in S. Fla with lots of tropicals, including hedges of surinam cherries, which were very common. Never could get used to their odd flavor (a bit too much like chemical/medicinal flavor), but the birds love them.

I think Fox is a good example why parents shouldn't underestimate their little one's intellect at a very young age. They understand 4-5 syllable words (Italian, for example), no need for made up baby words, talk to them as you woud an adult. And they can pick up advanced concepts too if they're repeated. You won't have to reteach your child at an older age all new words.
