Thanks for showing this I have one but haven’t set it up yet. The hooks would be for a power cord so you can set up a hanging light. I also have the 200w solar panels that you show in a later video, that are still in the box, so thanks for showing them as well, and also got the battery box which are great. All from aldis, when you can buy there camping gear it’s good stuff, I have a 40 litre fridge from ALDIs sterling brand it’s fantastic, and I’ve got there telescopic tent poles there really good to.

Oh we haven't seen the fridges, that's awesome. We are really happy so far with all of the Aldi gear! Although it's a little too convenient to grab all the bits you don't need but can't walk away from! 😂 Thanks for the heads up on the hooks too 👍🏻

ALDI has some really nice camping and 4WD stuff when its available. The products can sometime go pretty fast too. Looking forward to seeing more ALDI camping stuff!

Thanks for posting this! I bought one myself, going camping next weekend and intending to take it with me. I would’ve been too keen to peg it down as well 😂. Fyi, my niece has a dachshund called snickers as well. Love your humour 😊✌🏼

@justjamie72 haha yeah we highly recommend pegging it down first, it was waving around like one of those car yard blow up things when we were pumping it, we think if it was pegged out first it wouldn't do that 🤣 Also not sure if you have any other air tents or anything but be prepared for the loud noise when deflating, this is our first air anything so we werent prepared for that. 😂 Aww Snickers is such a great name for these dogs, they are super sweet but completely nuts! Yes we just had it out camping thIs weekend gone, it was raining hard and not a drop came through and the next day we had a few big gusts of wind and it just swayed to the side a little and came back into position. We had it pegged down pretty tight, just in case, but it was great! We are really impressed. The only true downfall is the no sides thing, but we are thinking of getting some strong magnets and just using kmart gazebo side and magnet them up if required.

Excellent video - was just wondering how it is holding up and if it seems to be reasonable quality . Seen one of these at my local aldi for $149 and now am kicking myself for not buying it .

@reddyman6915 Thanks mate, we have had it out camping in the rain and wind and it held up so good, not a drop of water came through and just swayed a little in the wind. We are super impressed! Fingers crossed they come back around to Aldi again soon so you can grab one! 👍🏻🍻

How long did it take to inflate

@noitall93 with the pump it took a minute or two, but when we took it out camping we put our little mini blower on it and just topped it up with the pump and that was less and a minute easy! It is super quick, although the pump it comes with is a little bit of hard work (unless you are super fit) 🤣

@SuzeLTsExcellentAdventures thank you for your reply , can I ask 1 more question please , I don't have grass in my backyard , do you think connecting those ropes to weighted sandbags would keep it upright rather than nailing it to the ground ?

@noitall93 100% even connecting them to a brick or something heavy would work fine. Really if there was no wind at all it would stand upright without being attached to anything, however we would suggest attaching it to something just in case a random gust of wind comes cause it would take off easy in a gust. 👍🏻
