Intrigued by the example "I will soon eat dinner" as I think I would typically say instead "I will eat dinner soon" as the purpose of the statement (to me) is to convey the action of eating dinner, then modified by when. "I will soon eat dinner" conveys more urgency about when but sounds stranger to me as a native British English speaker. Fascinating.
