I love to remind myself with this quote every time i go through a body image struggle "don't let your mind bully your body".

Body image means a lot to me. I was always fat and never skinny...I tried everything to lose weight, I almost consider extreme diets and Surgery. My mental mind was if I was skinny everything would be better. Society made me believe my body was below average, that it sucks, that I was born wrong. Now I changed my mind set to if I’m not prefect than who is, tell me world!!! I recently started appreciate myself by finding the one thing I love about myself. Watching this video reminded me that body image doesn’t make a person better or worse, it’s yourself the inside that makes a person.

I'm so happy you made this video, I've struggled with body image for the longest time, I'm a self thought dancer and i try my best to be perfect al the time, nobody really know i dance, i personally think I'm getting better but I'm afraid to get judged by random people, family and even friends. You're amazing and you're my favorite you tuber ❤️

Hi I'm a new subbie here! Can you please address the topic of what to eat before and after a dance session? And maybe what to eat throughout the day as a dancer to remain fit and look healthy and not gaunt and tired? Every time I get into dancing I lose weight ONLY from my face really fast and it makes me look tired and sick :( Also whenever I get active, my lower body looks bigger and out of proportion (muscle swelling/water retention?) but stretching doesn't help. Then I try to eat more and instead of my face, I gain weight on my body =_= it goes back to normal in a few days if I stop being active (dancing or working out)... But I love dancing! Have you been through anything like this when you started dancing? Any tips? My question is, what is the right amount of energy input and output? I'm not searching for "how to look perfect in every way" but I want to be comfortable while dancing and not look dead/unhealthy, so that I can actually think positive and have fun.

soooo true! I've been watching dance videos like from Guy Groove and Rumer Noel and I love watching first, the choreographer and how he or she created all the steps. and then, when I see all the other groups, I love how they put their own touch to each and every step! with all their different bodies and abilities. thanks Autie ♡ oh btw, what's your Pinterest again? sorry 😬
