Was waiting for this interview since I saw the yt short you posted about him explaining footwork! really great work thanks so much slicer sabre, we rarely get interviews of fencers where they talk about skills I could learn a lot from him thanks once again pls do more interviews like this I would love to hear from fencers like oh sanguk, yoshida etc we don't get interviews where they actually talk about fencing, forget about one with subtitles!! thanks once again for this amazing interview!! 💯👍🤺

Great interview ...after seeing this i wanna join fencing please upload a roadmap to Olympics in fencing ... 20yrs old so which path i should choose ...

Everyone's path is different. If you don't already fence then the first step is to find a club and start. Qualifying for the Olympics is ridiculously hard, there's no point even thinking about that if you've never even touched a sabre. But fencing is rewarding and worthwhile at every level so you should definitely give it a try!

Echoing SlicerSabre, the path to the Olympics is very difficult. I think it's nigh impossible for most people who even TRY to make the Olympics. At a minimum, from what I've seen and read, you effectively have to make fencing your main profession. If you're outside the US, you essentially have to get govt support to be able to make fencing your profession. In the US and other countries that don't provide direct govt support, you'll need deep pockets, family with deep pockets, and/or sponsors. Once you've cleared that, know that now you'll be competing with folks who've been fencing since they were 8 or 10 years old. At 20, you're 12 years behind. Depending on which region you're located in, then you'll have to compete for a limited number of spots. Not to say you won't make it, but the odds are not in your favor. However, I do agree that you should still pick up fencing as an activity you do for fun and personal enrichment. Seriously, it's a fun sport.
