How do we work around being sexualized/discriminated against without internalizing it? Strategies by women to help women navigate male dominated fields with success would be great.

I can't take this seriously. Yes women and men are different!! Just come out and say it and address it straight. This is why women are struggling in sales, people need to directly address that women sell differently and help to develop our strengths.
