Justin, the biggest thing that I took from this, bearing in mind your similarities in having three streams of business (or more) was the Time Management he mentioned. This is so very important, and just because all streams are focused around property, this does not mean you can merge them into one. Women have always been more able (well, I think so anyway!) to multitask. The reason for that is because we are able to pigeon-hole different aspects of our daily lives. When running more than one business you have to imagine you are going into another room, so allot time to one business (say two hours) then get up, leave that room and enter another (not physically but certainly mentally). If you can switch off and turn on to each business separately, but take with you the knowledge accumulated from another business, you may find that the cross-over between the three will go more smoothly in your head. I hope this vision (if you can call it that) helps you in focusing on each separate business.
