If anyone is interested, the book he was talking about is called "Duch Pracy Ludzkiej" which means "the spirit of work of humans". By Stefan Wyszyński. It looks like there are some pdfs online, and maybe you can find it in your local Polish bookstore (if you happen to be in Poland).

Thank you for this. I'm from Poland and I didn't look at Wyszyński and you just encourage me to look at him and his works. Tip. Wyszyński should be pronounced more like "Vishynski"
