Never pay the 20,000 (or whatever) up front. Weekly at most. I've even heard of guys paying every day. (the old expats) If you pay up front there's no incentive for them to fulfill their end. And you are NOT getting the money back. Period. On the phone all the time, not listening, being late all the time, or not showing up at all, being argumentative. If you pay daily or weekly you can cut her off and send her on her way without much of a loss. AND, you're going to get nickeled and dimed, food, shoes, clothes, trips, the family water buffalo is sick, you name it. She might even say that's fine like she's going along with it, throw some grade A pu**y on you and try to get an advance. This works on most guys. Also, keep track of EVERYTHING you give her or her family or her kids or whatever. Keep a ledger, and keep it Well Hidden.(also assume she's going to go through EVERYTHING YOU OWN) You'd be surprised how 20,000 will turn into 100,000. She's been at this her Whole Life, she's forgotten more than you'll ever know. If you're gonna play, play to win. (now don't get me wrong, you can still be nice, and still have a good time, just don't be stupid) and if you keep her on a short leash so to speak, she'll respect you more. And if she respects you more she'll do more for you to keep you happy. Then the overall value of the relationship goes up. But always be ready to walk away, she WILL shit test you. Count on it. I just moved back to Phuket after 4 years in Isaan. I would not enter into another transactional long term deal with a Thai girl. Keep it simple. I agreed to pay a monthly wage and honored my end of the deal. I immediately began to question how I had been so foolish. The woman had not been honest about things. Of course, she had excuses for everything and always claimed that she had told me, or that I had said this and that. When the money I gave her doubled and the benefits lessened, I began to realize that I was being taken advantage of. Too late. A child was on the way. Her hooks were in me and she increased the pressure continuously. I needed to get away from her but I couldn't leave my only child. Don't expect gratitude or respect for giving a bar girl a better life. Just expect to be broke. 20,000 a month seems fair to me. Stay away from the apartment. You will want to get away from her someday and the apartment will be something she can hold over you. Good luck!

Biggest red flag for me is the fact that she arranged his accommodation a friend of mine was working for some travellers and they had him travel up to Manchester and they'd arrange the accommodation as well as paying his wages needless to say once they've finished with him they robbed all of his work tools and he hadn't been paid for the work but it's finished Basically this woman going to know when he's out and she could be doing some elaborate scheme which involves rubbing his bank details or something like that it could be less elaborate could just be about staying in all of his clothes and computer equipment and knowing l where he keeps his pocket money I wouldn't feel safe unless I change the locks

20,000 for the boom boom, additional 40,000 for cleaning eating drinking and partying, get youself a GIK, one night per week or every other week at 1,000 per pop. If your going travelling then why get roped into such an agreement. Anytime day or night for even an hour or two she will be servicing others when not around you. Every excuse you can think of will be used to cover up this subterfuge. Only enter into this agreement with the full knowledge that she is probably doing everyone and anyone within her domain.

The Deal is good but don't pay upfront. Weekly is ok.. because you can take the risk of paying 1 Week upfront and see if you get what you expect. I'd be uncomfortable with renting the room she recommends.. there could be traps.. and you cold suddenly face larger bulls than expected. And most careful you should be about you falling in love. In my humble opinion she is offering a good deal as 1500 bath for LT aerobic instruction is far below the market rate. That may be because she is 41 and too old to command prime rate . Definitely I would pay one aerobic session at a time, never a monthly salary. 20 000 bath monthly translates to 13 sessions a month at 1500 bath per session. If she is with another customer, feels sick or goes home for few weeks you will end up paying without receiving services. Danger is if she starts gradually asking for more; in that case you will have to have enough cohones to tell her that you will only pay what was agreed to or the whole deal is off and than possibly deal with her emotional drama. I had a similar experience first time in Phuket. Bangla was just to noisy so i walked to the beach. I saw a girl sitting between the lettering who loudly began to call out $$$ number transactions. Other shops are further away from bangla such as across second road use pity pleas to seduce your wallet only. 250 bath and 250 tip is common if you go along with their bleeding heart rhetoric 4 kids no hubby etc etc. many are so dark and sleazy massage is similar to riding a roller coaster. One massage girl near my hotel called friends in udon thani my next adventure and had me already marked for reception as a customer. I spent zero in phuket on women but udon opened up quick with women. \ Phuket is not a place where any woman who is not over 50 will be satisfied with 20k bath for a month daily labor and sex.
