Advice on buying and selling a caravan, how to find out what equipment is included in the sale?

what a shame you have to remove all such items. down here in Cheshire/ Staffordshire its not done. spinney, leisure sales and lowe & Rhodes everything as seen. good to let customers know what has been removed and will be part of the deal. keep vans locked on the sales park and get customers to sign in and out for keys to view alone. the blue shower tray slip mat may go missing so add that on the list as removed. happy Christmas and lets see another good summer to caravanning. my family all ready talking about Christmas next year in van ! have to see ime new to this 2nd year for me lot to learn, keep vids coming

Hi andy's roadtrips. Leaving everything in the caravans is one way of doing it, but that restricts the flow of customers from viewing lots of caravans and motor home in one visit. More choice is better when you are deciding between manufactures and models. There are many stories of people buying a caravan one weekend and changing it the next week because it did not have a comfortable bed or enough storage space. Storage and the bed are easy to overlook and they are the most important factors in our opinion. That is why we like the Bailey Unicorn Vigo. The double bed and storage space under it make it a fantastic choice.

andy's roadtrip. Your comment on the shower mat had us thinking. We checked out the cost of its replacement and realized it was worth removing it. Also the chopping board that sits in the sink and the washing up draining board that sits in the sink and acts as a worktop. We added an extra sheet with this information on it. We also added the offer of free driving advice for anybody new to towing. We were both driving instructors in a past life. Thank you for your advice.

Hi Vince1. Good advice, you should never go anywhere without a hi-vis jacket. They are an actual leagle requirement in France but only when you are outside the caravan.
