just listen to it and understand completely even if it is not useful. I often got 30, but sometimes I just guess some words. I often got them correct in tests. At the beginning, I freaked out, too.

Um... At the beginning I as well was freaked out , then my teacher recommend me to watch movies ,tv shows , podcasts and news , which helped me a lot besides this , try understanding the statements and conversation they are holding, give e paramount focus on each sentence underline the main words in the given texts and try finding out answers from the nearest spoken word to the blank , for multiple choice questions I would recommend you to go the statements as quickly as possible and fit them in your mind before the audio begins , that's what I do .
