Advocacy for SA Sovereign Wealth Fund

President Ramaphosa has announced the establishment of a new centralised ownership model for SOEs in the form of a holding company for all SOE's following the dissolving of the department of public enterprises in the 7th administration.
Ramaphosa says he intends for this to be the springboard through which a Sovereign Wealth Fund will be established, by funneling the profits of well performing SOEs towards capitalising the intended Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Shoo! Oliver is like a breath of fresh air in the putrid landscape of SA talking heads. Relative to his peers, his body language , thoughtful and intelligent questions and comments , and eloquence was outstanding.
