I enjoy listening to your videos. insightful yet simply explained. I have a query, I meditate regularly but there are days(1-2 days a week) when I don’t want to meditate and just want to be maybe watch spiritual content or so… but mind says you got to meditate else you aren’t progressing … another thought comes saying your mind is controlling you so you have to control your mind by forcing yourself to meditate and shutting the mind. I am also practicing being present in my daily life What am I supposed to do?

Hi, I think that you are already doing it. From what you say, it appears that you are simply watching the mind do it's thing - struggling with the present moment. Continue to be the witness and watch the show, and then meditate.
