@@johnmartinez8041 They here actually use those smaller Camcorder cameras, on the other show, they use those full sized ones that they normall carry on their shoulders like the news crews use, and those are Much heavier, also dont know if the ones they they use here on LIVE PD are actually Full HD cameras or not, so on the onther show I can definitely understand why after a good foot pursuit, the crew members ON COPS are actually breathing quite heavily.....There is still only ONE downside between LIVE PD and COPS is that here on LIVE PD since the episodes are filmed LIVE, have noticed that they tend to have some prett major transmission problems with the feeds freezing up or whatever, on COPS since they actually edit their segments, they almost never have that problem.......

You fight it in court, not on the street because you will lose that battle every time, and the outcome is always the same... cuffed, face down on the pavement. whether or not that’s lifeless and full of holes doesn’t matter to them.

BelligerentHullabaloo If the traffic stop was legal, you do have to step out of the car. Even if it wasnt legal its smarter to comply and fight it in court afterward, but here is multiple sources proving that when an officer says to step out of the vehicle, it is a demand and not a request, (Pennsylvania v. Not always, it all depends on their attitude, your attitude, and the severity of the reason as to why they asked that. I was asked that while in a federal parking lot at 2 am with a half ounce of pot in California that I didn't know was a federal parking lot, I had been kicked out by the wife for the night so I was just sleeping, they asked me to step out, they asked if I had anything illegal, I said no but I do have a half ounce of marijuana and told them where it was. They let me off Scott free, just gave me a warning and told me to be off the parking lot property and on the side of the road instead by 6 am or they'd tow my car, so I moved it and everything was fine. I was completely honest with them, and sincere about what I was saying, being cooperative as well, and nothing else happened, no citation or seizure of my pot on federal property. It's all circumstantial unfortunately :[ so yeah, not everyone will get a chill cop to deal with, but being honest about something is a lot better than being silent or acting a fool when they know better than you do in almost all capacities in regards to dealing with bullshitters.

@haxor68633 жыл бұрын
@@ogloko no detaining someone just means your not free to leave because they have probable cause. For example: the smell of cannabis when it is illegal in your state. The best ways to avoid detainment on a traffic stop is to never step out of your vehicle, if they ask you to don’t however this only applies when you have made some kind of infraction. if they ask you to step out of the vehicle when you have for example assaulted someone they they will pull you out and detain you and probably arrest you. It all depends on probable cause and what they can and cannot do, never consent to searches. Most of these people drive around with massive amounts of said illegal items and drive dangerous, don’t have up to date tags, window tint, valid information which leads me to believe in most if not all of these videos on live of are thugs and people from the streets, not professionals!

The reality of the situation. in a courtroom is it's not what you think you know. it's what you can prove without a reason of doubt. Civil forfeiture is theft. As it's all speculation Lacking any physical evidence. if a cop takes your phone it's theft, if a cop takes your rent it's to protect the public from a potential hypothetical threat That may or may-not be real???? come on you know it's wrong and Theft.
