@ 1:20 Why did he attempt to pass while the other car was warming its tires? Seemed avoidable. I reckon the passing car's at fault?

As I read all comments that mentioned to this crash , this was happened at the beginning of the qualifying , not on the formation lap for Grand-Prix. And some says there is no rule that no passing during waving or warming the tires and everyone can attempt to their attack lap for this race. This means both should pay attention to each other. One was passing without care. The other did not look at the mirror at all. Of course, this crash was caused by the passing car. The crasher won the 5th place on the Grand-Prix and the other, however, leff the race with no chance to attack for qualifying.

Supposedly it is not against the rules to pass while drivers are warming up tires in qualification laps, but is it consistent with racing in general?

足回りなんかどうなんでしょうね。ラリー車だとノーマル配置じゃ駆動かからなくて後席潰して大改造ですけど、レース仕様はストローク小さい分だけリンク長が少ないとか？。
