Aegukka (애국가) or "Patriotic Song" is the National Anthem of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), or North Korea.
It was composed in 1945s by Kim Wong Gyun, and the lyrics written by Pak Se-yong, and adopted as the national anthem in 1947.
The only difference is a lyrical change from 'three thousand ri' (삼천리) (Samch'ŏlli) to 'this world / in this world' (이 세상) (Yi sesang) in 0:30 as an effort of Kim Jong Un to abandon the effort of peacefully reunifying Korea.

@@SIUUUUUsman Thanks, the rest of the other Aegukka videos have 'Kiri pattuse' instead of 'Kiri pinnaese' and since the audio recording is of a stage concert, the clarity of the lyrics wouldn't be as clear. Also I can't pin it for now because I need to "verify my channel"

@@Anthemnia "kiri pattuse" is the last line of first verse and "kiri pinnaese" is the last line of second verse. Complete version Aegukka consists 2 verses. The first verse started with "Achimun pinnara i kangsan" and ended with "Kiri pattuse". The second verse started with "Baekdusan kisangul ta anko" and ended with "Kiri pinnaese".

Yup! The only change of the lyrics is at 0:30 from Samcholli or 'Three thousand Ri' to Yi Sesang 'This homeland' as an effort from Kim Jong Un to distance away from 'peacefully reunifying Korea' as they didn't pan out too well to his expectation, and to try and bolster its image to be more outward.

@@villagecat5539 당시에 소련의 독재공산주의가 퍼지고 있으니 소련은 인심쓰는척 해방군으로 들어온거고 미국은 그걸 막기 위해 어쩔수 없이 점령군으로 들어온거고 역사 제대로 배웠으면 다 아는 사실그렇게 강압적이라도 자유민주주의 시스템이 들어와서 다행인듯 아니면 지금 북한 베트남 중국꼴 나있겠지
