Fun fact: the first thing Aeneas did when he landed on Italia (which he didn’t know was Italy because the Gods were incredibly vague dicks, and almost the whole story was a shameless rip off of the Odyssey and the Iliad). The first thing Aeneas did was eat flat bread with toppings, I’ll let you figure it out from there. Also Dardania is the epitome of “first time making a fantasy world, what should I name a country”.

In the first battle the army always gets destroyed after a win? Not sure, but could be the case. So it might be better killing the enemy general still.

I won at 200 turn my first campain normal difficult with only dardania peasants with 9 gold rank and max gold armour lol with Atena, Efesto and Ares. I had like all the city of Troy full of my armies and i had 50k of wheat production ridiculus XD I felt like playing Shogun 2 with only ashigarus

1 thing i didn't like was that you can attack only with 4 armies and sometimes i couldn't auto resolve against heavy armies because i was 50-50 but when i played by me i won ultra easily, instead other fights i auto resolve always with 2 full armies vs 1 with basically no losses. I had tough time attack big cities with armies with heavies near.

All those names are Greek. If they were not Greeks (the Trojan people I mean) It should be fun to have known their real names. Some historians believe that they were hitites. Some others believe that they were Greek colonists. And some, believe that they were a mix of both.

Troy is definitely the best game..... not. I played as Paris, and after like 2-3 turns, The dardanians confederated King Priam of Troy, which gave the event of Troy falling and a permanent debuff, for letting the city fall.... yeah I stopped playing the Trojans after that
