just as i thought there were no new genres to discover I get recommened this channel. Fantastic work. My rabbit hole was something like - lofi hip hop > City pop > Phonk > vaporwave > mallsoft > jungle DNB > breakcore If you have any other genre recomendations I'd love to hear them. Either way works, the meta tends to favor using samplers, some people will build them out of raw kits, and I've had good results from chopping samples on the timeline
