Hi Mayank! Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Marketo aren't platform-native applications. Each of these applications is already integrated to Adobe Experience Platform for a specific set of use cases. For instance: Traits and Segments from AAM can be used by Real-Time CDP, the B2B version of Real-Time CDP is integrated with Marketo so that data collected by Marketo can be used in the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, Adobe Campaign is available as a destination from Real-Time CDP to send segment qualifications to Campaign for usage in marketing campaigns, and Adobe Campaign is also available as an action in Journey Optimizer so that an email can be sent by Adobe Campaign based off of a trigger from a journey in Journey Optimizer. These integrations are fit-for-purpose and support the most critical workflows in a hybrid ecosystem whereby Adobe Experience Platform is combined with other, already implemented, Adobe Experience Cloud applications.

@@emc Thanks for your reply. Just few more question can Adobe provide complete CRM Solution by integrating Sales/Marketing and customer support all together? Do I still have to use data activation like Hightouch or Census? Is there any feedback loop which will take data back from email marketing, POS interaction, call center and provide details to create customer profile better and also helps to analyse marketing success rate.
