Working with an instructor in person is the safest and most effective way to learn aerial arts and we suggest that you seek out a qualified instructor whenever possible.These videos are intended to serve as reference and supplemental information. They are in response to the amount of "trick" learning happens from youtube videos, instructional dvd's, online tutorials, and books.
