I love how you drop so slow, im about to start aerial silks and i was a bit concerned about drops because i can get a bit disoriented from flips and stuff, but if i can do it slow like this then i dont think it will be an issue

My legs keep pikeing upwards when i drop and scared the poop out of me! Any advise to stop that from happening
