I have never done this before I started aerial arts 7 years ago did it for one year got too busy and just recently restarted

Thanks so much for answering! That’s awesome you have taken it up again. That is similar to myself. I started silks but then moved to a place where there were no aerial studios, and it took a few years before I lived somewhere again where I could take classes regularly ☺️
