I recently got my 651 model and really love it. It seems like you can pretty much do all the same exercises on any of there models so that is good. I never even use the dvd I mostly just use the chart it came with. Have a good day.

You got yours at the right time. You really can do the same exercises on all the models. That's why it's great if any model is available. Its always nice to find a higher end model-you did well! I'm so glad you love it-congratulations!

Oh, I am so glad the review helped! I agree, the 379 has many upgrades when compared to the 287. The rebounder alone is worth it, if you add the pillow, extra DVD's, and colored cords, it really is a wonderful machine! My friend does have the 287 and she loves it. She really wanted the gray color (one of the only reasons I'd recommend the 287 over the 379), but she wishes she had the pulley risers and rebounder. I know you will love your 379! Please let me know if you have any questions once you get it home. :)

Hello, I completely understand your question! I actually only own 2 reformers. I have one at my Mom's house (the 5104) and one in my office (the 5008). I don't sell AeroPilates, but I do put them together for friends and family. They let me feature their machines on the channel. And I have changed out my own machines until I got the ones I like best. I'm very happy with the ones I have now. 😊 Do you have an AeroPilates?

@@everythingaeropilates yes i do. I thank you so much for your unboxing and assembly videos as it helped me when mine recently came from hsn. I love your passion. Keep up the good work. I need a box and magic circle next. Used to go to Club Pilates..the machine definitely is not the same quality as theirs but it'll work. Now i need to find awesome motivating online classes with good music and reasonable cost. Any tips?

@@danaelzie4756 I'm so excited for you to be able to have this reformer in your home! You are so right, these are not the same as the studio reformers. It works well as a small home machine though, so I'm glad you were able to get one! Staminaproducts.com has an on-demand section that has some workouts. Their instructor is very-well trained in Pilates and so creative. I have also heard that many women have loved some of the youtube workouts. You can search for Pilates Reformer workouts and see which ones you like. Many professional videos are on here too. Since you have done studio classes, you'll pick up the exercises so easily & can even try to remember some from the class. I hope you love your AeroPilates! 😊
