Aerox Stage6 RT70 Engine Rebuild (timelapse)

Timelapse of the teardown. It has not been started since the frihamnen meet, so i thought id change the crank- and wheel bearings. As the engine kept eating wheel bearings with the black malossi springs, i figured id invest in a torsen swingarm.

Die Lager der Kurbelwelle wurden verdreht eingebaut, der Kunststoffkäfig muss in Richtung der Wellendichtringe zeigen und nicht zu den Kurbelwellenwangen.

What do you use to seal the two engine block halfs, is it some sort of liquid gasket or are there specific gaskets to look for? I'm looking to build an 86cc Malossi and don't want to get leaks there.

if your asking questions like this, I would get someone to build it for you. if you don't know the most basic things like sealing your surfaces I can bet your build will last a month before it blows lol

Its ok if you hit the outer edge of the bearring it causes no stress to the ballbearings

Малоца и руки что надо. Резина как она повела на трасе?. У меня размер 130, 60,13. Тоже думаю поставит140. Диск крутяк. Диванные иксперты задолбают тебя=)) малотком можно стучать главное правельна и меру знать. У меня sr50r, 2t. Тоже этой зимой тюненк буду делать. И редуктор, длиней передачу зделаю, что пасоветуешь сток6 или малосси ставить? Каленвал точно малосси ставить буду, вообщем 70куб. Толька поршень с двумя кольцами и цпк чугун для каждодневного изды, канешно все спорт а у тебя гонки, ладно удачи тебе и добра.
