Video I made for Gabe on re-capping a 528E

I got an email requesting a few hints on doing a recap on a 528E for an aspiring young technician named Gabe. I thought a private video would be useful. When the family saw it Gabe preceded to do the recap and everything turned out great. The family said I should post the video for the public so here it is.
