What was your cabinet painting process? Everything I’ve read said you have to sand and prep like crazy.

they were already painted, so we just gave them a light sanding and I used cabinet paint for the teal ones. They took around 3 coats and we let them dry all the way between coats. That was pretty much it! It might be different with unfinished or varnished cabinets
