she can play well anyway. But to be "the most powerful DD in game", she needs her functor. So given the event, it's better to pull SS Thoth and get her functor

The above answer is ok. 2S Rank is the most recommended to get because of the module system. But, you can consider as strategy: - Pull C-DPS units up to 2S Rank - Pull C-SUP units up to 1x copy, and then wait for a special event rerun and pull their second copy
