After watching his first appearance video on the wrestlingnewsco channel, cash wheeler turned himself this morning. Im from Florida so I can tell you that you have to legally be booked in before a first appearance therefore he most likely was given the date to turn himself in. Also his bond was $2500 which he has since paid. The state made no recommendations for any restrictions (which includes travel). Allegations are it was a road rage incident. The only order was no contact with victim or any weapons.

The only other scenario I could potentially see is that CM Punk steps in for Cash to defend against the Bucks.

One of the things about the bond is that posting it allows you to travel with certain conditions. He can arrange to make the appearance at All-In with the state with regards to this matter. It is likely the state filed the arrest charges prior to All-In to force the filing of the bond and ensure that he returns by requiring the direct communication rather than letting him go without the communication and risking he stay in London. If that is the case, there is every chance that the charges could be dropped after he returns when they complete the investigation if they haven't completed it already. A lot of moving parts and lack of information sort of means this can wildly change, but I wouldn't be completely fearful he can't travel for All-In. I imagine AEW's lawyers will be working with the state to ensure that he can. They may require check-ins with parole officers and drug testing as part of it, but some sort of agreement could be arranged.

As a person who studies law in college, it’s a bit dicier than that for 2 reasons. 1. The charge is a felony. Low end but that isn’t a great negotiation point for a out of city/state pass as compared to a misdeameanor 2. The little time they have to negotiate. Depending on when the negotiations start from now, they could have more or less a week to strike a deal to do so. These type of deals are rare even with multiple weeks of time. Which is why most just bite the bullet (bad phrasing lol) and wait till the court date. Is it doable? Yes. But if they’re just now negotiating it, it’s a big ask.

The little time to negotiate is something DAs do all the time to try to get concessions they find favorable. Your textbooks won't teach you negotiation strategy unfortunately. Awful situation, but would love to use this as an opportunity to have Dax as a singles star. Quick fantasy booking could be something where Tony Khan says that Dax has to relinquish the tag titles but he can choose any title (outside of the world championship) to challenge for and he can challenge for OC’s international championship. Wouldn’t happen at all in but could be a thing at all out depending on what happens with the stadium stampede match. Bail and bond are different bond is the money you paid the jail in full bail is a partial payment you make to a 3rd party who puts up the full amount and there the ones who put the restrictions on you if you bond you get the money back when the court process is over you don’t get a bail back
