Jeff Hardy is seriously underrated. He deserves to be up there when you talk about best wrestlers of the last 20 plus years. All of the crazy bumps he’s taken, all of his issues with drugs and alcohol and despite all of that he still looks in great shape and he can hit a swanton bomb with ease.
