AfCFTA: Understanding the rules of origin

We Africans must tell ourselves the truth sincerity, if this rules of origin is going to work or not. For example a tiny country in some coastal region of Africa can go outside the continent and bring in goods in bulk. maybe setup plant to be producing the Same product may be it can produce 1000 pieces and mixed it together with the bulk products he already imported in from outsid the continent. And start supplying to the rest of Africa. You see what is about to happen.

@@nickyapenahier9214 yes the place of origin will be written on the both the bulk goods imported into the continent because it has been mixed with the few once actually been produced in Africa. All of them will be as one. They will be repackaged as if it was produced in the African soil .
