It's understandable to struggle with reacting calmly in heated moments. Our emotions can take over, making it hard to reflect and respond in a way we're proud of. Remember, change is a journey, not a destination. It takes time, and we may stumble along the way, for now, we can focus on progress not perfection. Keep focusing on those positive changes you've already made, and acknowledge the effort you're putting in to continue growing.
