Cyrious I was a little girl, during the 1970s my Favorite Era Decade. I've always loved to Dance and I still do. I used to Dance in front of the Television📺 every Saturday watching Soul Train. My Parent's,my siblings & relatives had a Soul Train Line, during our family togetherness. If we had a Time Machine I would travel backwards towards the 1970s. So I could Dance on Soul Train. All of the Dancers from that Era were Spectacular. The Dancing, the Glamorous Unique Wardrobe Attire, the Braids,Cornrows and the Fro's Hairstyles👑 I loved watching Soul Train, during the earlier 1980s too. However my Favorite Era would always be the Fabulous one of kind Decade the 1970s🙋🏾♀️👑🌹

Soul Train was a huge and ongoing TALENT SHOW, which so many groups, since them, have tried to imitate. It was high entertainment for those of us who tuned in. Those who actually went to audition, and were chosen to become a part of the show, may have been paid with a a chicken or bologne sandwich; but, they started some pretty CUTE fashions, didn't have to worry about paying for a place to live; and, they got the EXPOSURE for their STYLES in dress/hair and TALENTS: dance moves, coordination and all that. I think all the good things outweighed the bad. Money can be bad for some if it's wasted in addiction and other excesses. the chicken diet at least kept them streamlined and out of the hospital fighting every illness known to man. Thank God for that!!!
