Affirmations by servantxc 3-2-19

Affirmations are positive statements that will help you challenge, overcome, empower yourself to remove and replace self-sabotaging negative thoughts. When you repeat affirmations often, your mind will start believing them and make positive changes. You have heard the statement when you hear a lie enough times, you start to believe it. Affirmation work, because they have the ability to program your mind into believing the stated concept. This is because the subconscious doesn't know the difference between what is real or fantasy. Once your conscious gives a command enough times your subconscious will accept the command.
A good time to listen to affirmations is when you are about to sleep. Our subconscious is always awake and recording everything we hear even while we sleep. Listening to affirmations while you sleep is very affective. You can also listen to them anytime during the day as well. The best thing about affirmations is you don’t have focus on affirmations as you hear them. Just play them quietly enough where you can barely hear them and let your mind wonder off to your daily duties. Most of the time I play them loud enough instead of music at work, when I exercise, or when I’m relaxing etc. There is no limitation to when or where you can listen to them. Listen to affirmations daily, generally takes from 21 to 30 days for our subconscious to accept the commands and start making the changes within us. Continue to persevere in listening to affirmations.
These are the current affirmations I’m listening to but as you listen to them if you have new suggestions of other affirmations post below and I’ll consider adding them in a future upload. Let’s have fun empowering ourselves to become stronger in our mind, heart, and spirit. Everything is for the glory of God. It has taken me a long time to accept this. It is not something talked about by the Catholic church yet but it is talked about in the Bible. (Matthew 6:22 "The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light; 23 but if your eye is unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness.) Listen to these affirmations often and you will be uplifted spiritually. I assure you these affirmations would bring you closer to our Blessed Mother Mary and to Christ our Lord. As it has brought me. There's only one faith and we're all in different levels of it. If you're unsure than I encurage not to listen to them. Thanks

Submissive to God

Our Lord and savior Jesus Christ abides in us. We receive Him everytime we go to mass and eat His flesh and blood in the Eucharist. (John 6:55 for my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink. 56 Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them. 57 Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me.) I'm speaking about submissive to God who lives in us, whom we recieve in Holy Communion. I hope this makes sense.

@@servantxc I pray the rosary and pray to God in general. I am aware that we all have a pineal gland, which is considered by some as the third eye. But, I address Jesus directly, rather than by acknowledging my own resources. I personally, find this the most effective for me.
