Lovely space! I would punch through into the cantina to make a living room, expose vaulted ceilings, add a new kitchen and a bathroom in the bedroom above the current downstairs bathroom. Beautiful tile and so much extra space in the attic to expand. Lots of possibilities in this one! Always love your videos! Thank you!

I have seen thousands of Italian houses on idealista but such a "big" house in an immediately liveable state for 20K near to the sea is exceptional. Nice historic features like the fire place and the floor tiles. Obviously the downside is the lack of view and direct sunlight - and location wise the distance to major airports. But where else in the world can you get a historic town house in good condition for that money?! And you know what to look for with the camera: signs of humidity on the ceiling and walls can be a sign of huge problems. 👍 Keep up the good work!

Hi Edwin. I guess it would depend on what needs to be done. Some builders charge per day some others per project. I think the listing agent would have some idea about local prices 👍

I wonder if the fireplace is in working order. It seems to be the only source of heat for the home. Do you happen to know about that, Fiorella? Roof needs replacing, as daylight is clearly visible. I wish I were there. Intriguing.

Hi VV. The fireplace would need a pretty good clean for sure. They cost depends on how many floors you have above the floor on which the fireplace is on. We were told that the outer roof is almost new, but the internal beams will need to be changed. In any case, best to confirm both of these with the listing agent 👍
