I ordered the urban revivo dress and sent it back. Even though i sized up the top was too small. I found it to be too heavy and also did not like the button details (cute but not functional and was noisy). Others may like it but I did not. No for me.

Urban Rev : be careful with them . Another KZbin already shared that Jean dress (HLL) and I ordered it . First it took forever to come . 2. The garment came wrinkled, stink and the buttons were very loose . Like in one wash , the buttons will need to be sewn back on . Ok so on to the return policy . They absolutely will give you a headache about you wanting a refund . You have to be “approved” for a refund based on your reason & they will make you return at your own cost , no return labels provided. For a Jean dress that will cost you over $100, not great quality for that cost. Also the Jean dress was in a busted worn plastic bag with a broken closure . The dress truly came to me like someone else had worn it . The smell was horrible. Order at your own risk . The sizes also run very small .

@@urbanrevivo1437 a response wasn’t my issue, the quality and refund process was my issues . It took from Tuesday to Friday to go back and forth with your customer service team . They requested a tracking number all to tell me that they won’t process my refund until the items are returned . What a waste of my time. What did I need to give you all a tracking number for if you weren’t going to go ahead and process my refund? What’s the point of tracking something that I had absorbed the cost for ?! You all could have simply waited for the return.
