This house is extremely beautiful, but for a home like this it's way too small. First off you buy a home like this and there's no movie theater, no private office, no swimming pool, no sauna, basically this is a home for a professional who's either single or simply dating. As I said in the beginning the home is very pretty, but that's just to cover up the fact that it's extremely small, and for almost 400k you can go a little less glitz and get some actual size.

Looks like a kit house. Kitchen, Dining, and living room is 1 room. Bedroom is good but not a fan of that marble. The molding looks plastic. The additional rooms look like small storage rooms. I would say like 140 and that's being generous. Seen a lot of large victorian homes for even less of the estimate I gave. If you have 300k do not get this home. You can easily get at least an acre with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A lounge area, dining area, and section kitchen for around that price. I wouldn't get this.
