Everyone getting excited over $700,000 dollar homes that are being labeled as "affordable" while this story draws on FOMO for potential home buyers. This is where we are at in this country in 2024. Very sad.

That’s still not affordable! My parents bought a home in Eastlake for $300,000.00. But that was back in 2000. If you can bring that price back in 2024 then you can call it Affordable Housing!!
