Gore Development did the updated version to this model at Camelot Village in Discovery Bay. In that development they have 2 bds and 2 baths and its bigger (960 Sq Ft).They also included a space for washing machine, Dryer and wash tub.

In the main you are correct, but for the size of the home, the room is huge as compared to what one would think they would get in a house of that size. So huge in this sense is relative

I've been looking at alot of homes. There's no architectural style, cheap/low end finishing touches, basic everything and just a general lack of effort. All the for the same price as a home in the any G7 country. What seems to slowly be happening is Jamaica is no longer for Jamaicans. Let the gentrification of the country continue

P.s So u have to keep checking their website( preferable daily) or call the office cuz' those house tend to go fast

Lol, when I recorded the house the home owner had gotten it for less that a week from the developer. There is actually a washing facility on the inside now for a washer and dryer. The windows and doors are grilled now too, air conditioning is in every room and the driveway is paved.
