I think the cost was 13 million and they added AC, an area for your gas pan, an area for you to walk into the backyard without setting in dirt, they paved the driveway and the left side of the yard and they planted grass. They also set up an area to facilitate a washing machine

This is ridiculous, Phoenix Park was never built as a upper income community. The houses are built with subpar material for lower to middle income earners. Additional in a few phases there are holes in the perimeter walls because the walls were not made with cement blocks. I can tell you for a fact some of these houses leak. They are paying less than 15mil for these houses on Dumbeholden's poorly lit, crime prone and over brushed roads, and want to rent for 100k? This is exploitation at its finest we can do better.

@@George-we7vy Hi George, I said Phoenix is not an upper income community which it is not. Let me expand on what I am try to say. Did you know that the median salary in Jamaica is $96,000? So what does this mean? It means majority of employees in Jamaica earn less than $100,000. Why does this matter you may ask? More than 50% of employed Jamaicans are earning less than the rental price of this unit. You may say but almost 50% are earning more than $96,000. So let me put this to you, if a person earns $150,000 monthly, which is way above the average monthly salary in Jamaica, could this person afford to rent a property for $100,000. Well let's see with traveling cost to work, grocery, electricity and water. They would be about 35,000 in debt monthly. Let's call exploitation when we see it. Stop being ridiculous there is no way a 2 bedroom property in portmore should be going for more than $40,000 monthly.
